After two undeserved draws, time for RBBFC to get back to a win.

5 degrees, raining. Is this a perfect weather for the Brits ?

The Portuguese begins the game strongly with a strong shoot from 30m. The new Select ball changes his direction at the last moment. Jean must call a mayday/mayday to his abs to change his dive direction. Strong hand to make the save and good following into striker feet.

After this warning, RBBFC begins to show more. We create more chances and danger is now on the Portuguese defence. Free-kicks and corners are really dangerous but every time, there is a red leg to counter it or a lack of accuracy to finish it.

On a long ball to Daniele, ho no, he is offside. Otherwise, it would have been an 1-1 with the keeper.

After a good triangle play, Maarten is able to beat his defender. But his shoot goes near the 1st post.

Martino also finds himself in front of the keeper but could not pass the ball through his legs.Robin and Tarik have also good shoots while Portugal creates 2 half chances saved by Jean.

Half-time came with a 0-0.

2nds half begins with James letting his place to Andy. Later in the game, Daniel for Daniele and Chris for Hodgy bring fresh air to the team.

Copy paste from the 1st half on the free-kicks and corners. A shelling.

Then the 2 big chances for us. A good cross from the right into the box. Martino is going to the challenge. His header is counter by the defender. The goalie is hesitating. Martino is looking for the ball. The ball is bouncing at 3m from the goal.

Time for Antti to enter the mix-up battle. Eyes closed, he shoots, open goal on the left. But the ball choices the wrong side of the post. What a chance !

On a free-kick, another flipper situation in the Portuguese box. Ball comes to Ben, 4m from the goal. He shoots. Everyone thinks it is in ! but a phantom red leg, coming from nowhere, deflects the ball !

2 minutes to go. Trying to build from the back, we lose the ball in our half. Quick counterattack, their right wing receives the ball in the box, makes a good trick to open an angle to shoot from close range. Fortunately, Jean reads the play and makes the perfect dive to save it.

A last good free-kick from Robin was not enough to take the 3 points.

See you next Saturday for the Xmas party !
